I have a large cookbook collection and am an avid cook. I have made about 25 recipes from this book and all were excellent. However, I found that many of these recipes were already in other cookbooks and had been revised slightly. I think that is true of many books, however, this bookseemed to have many more "familiar "recipes then most. That being said, the collection is excellent and it excels in presentation. The pictures are wonderful. The book contains a wide variety of recipes, many of which can be prepared in under 30 minutes. We especially enjoyed the cedar planked salmon with strawberry-chili salsa (I cooked it in the oven), red cabbage and kale salad, shaved corn and asparagus salad, exotic island salad, candied nut spinach salad, tomato dill salad (I substituted heirloom tomatoes), Hawaiian coleslaw, mango chicken, rainbow roasted vegetables with oranges and pomegranates, banana chocolate chip cake and coffee rubbed London broil. The cookbook strong points are 1. alternative instructions for preparations (example: how to use the oven instead of outdoor grill) 2. gluten free alternatives for most recipes including deserts 3. the salad collection 4. presentation of food 5. tastiness of the food 6. photographs for all the recipes 7. use of healthier ingredients (for example when sour cream is called for the low fat version is used) 8. nutritional information for every recipe The nutritional information is extremely comprehensive. Calorie count is given. However, most importantly the nutritional information includes phosphorus count which is helpful for those with kidney disease, sodium count for those with high blood pressure and other medical issues, carbs which is so important for diabetics and those trying to loose weight as well as iron. fat, calcium, protein. cholesterol and potassium. I made the banana chocolate chip cake with King Arthur's gluten free flour and 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum. For the first time in mygluten free baking history - everyone loved this gluten free cake!! No one could believe it was gluten free. I have given this book 5 stars because I believe the one negative I mentioned earlier in the review is far outweighed by all the positives.I wish all cookbooks were required to have nutritional information!! Anyone who believes presentation of food is an art form and makes food more appealing to eat will adore this book. The use of colorful, fresh ingredients makes the recipes beautiful without much extra work. One recipe,rainbow roasted vegetables with oranges and pomegranates drew rave reviews from my guests - not only for its gorgeous appearance but for taste as well! If you are looking for a good cookbook with attractive, tasty healthy recipes with the added bonus of nutritional information then this cookbook is for you!!

I just received this today and already made the Spicy Roasted Cauliflower! I cant even put into words how delicious it was! For this alone the book is worth it. Every recipe looks delicious, every picture is perfect! Thank you for such an amazing book! I cant wait to make another one of your fabulous recipes! This book belongs in every cooks library, no matter how many books you have. You dont have anything like this!

Usually I consider myself lucky if I can find at least 3 good recipes in a cookbook. Well, this one has tons! They are so easy to make, you just have to try them. In the sides section, I think she focuses too heavily on quinoa. I really appreciate a kosher cookbook that focuses on simplicity!

Wonderful book with great recipes. Has opened up a whole new set of options to try meal prepping. It is perfect because it has no shellfish or pork which I don’t consume so there aren’t any recipes that I would lose out on due to this. There’s exquisite pictures for all the dishes and very clear instructions to follow.

Every great kosher cook I know has a copy of this book. It's obvious why that is. Great, easily achievable recipes in a clear format. Provides adaptation suggestions for Passover and to make the recipes pareve. Love.

Looked over this Cookbook while visiting my Canadian family for their Thanksgiving. Always getting recipes from them. They bought each other this book. I started marking pages to copy.....way to many. All healthy, simple and picturesque. Runs the range of those with dietary restrictions. Illustrations are exceptional. Will be buying this one for friends!!

I love this cookbook! The pictures are clear, as are the directions. THe fact that there are options to change up each recipe means that I usually have all the ingredients on hand. What I have made has garnered rave reviews. I am really satisfied with this book!

This is a fantastic cook book! I have almost every kosher cookbook out there and this one is definitely one of my favorites! Fresh new recipies, a lot of modern healthy options, and nothing that is too complicated to make. Simple, elegant, healthy and delicious recipies!!! Highly recommended!
